Who we are
Ware Carmel is a monastery of Discalced Carmelite nuns in Ware Park, Hertfordshire.
We may ask for information about you if you wish to buy our products, make contact through our website, stay in touch with us, receive our newsletter or explore the possibility of joining us.

In the course of discerning your vocation we may ask you for further information, but we will be clear about what information we need and why, and request your informed consent to obtaining and storing it.
How long we keep your information
Customers - we will keep your information while you are an active customer and for up to 5 years, in case you wish to buy our products again.

In all cases, your information is stored securely. At the end of this period, or sooner if you have requested its deletion, we will destroy the information securely.
